Nominator's project description
| Professor Kang is an internationally renowned expert on the structure of the proton in terms of quarks and gluons. He has made groundbreaking contributions that elucidate the roles of quantum interference and of spin in this context. During his visits to Germany he will focus on theories which are relevant for studies on the structure of the proton at current and future experimental facilities, such as the Large Hadron Collider at CERN or the planned Electron-Ion Collider in the United States. |
