Nominator's project description

Professor Sills is an outstanding computational astrophysicist, widely and deeply appreciated for her work on understanding the evolution and dynamics of star clusters and binary stars. She often tackles complex problems at the intersection of traditional sub-fields of astrophysics. In Germany, Professor Sills plans to work on a more complete understanding of the formation and assembly process of star clusters taking into account the impact from their interacting stellar populations.
