"Good news this morning, my application to the Henriette Herz Scouting Programme was successful," enthused computer scientist Pramod Bhatotia, who holds the Chair of Engineering Software for Decentralised Systems at the Technical University of Munich, on Twitter. As a selected scout, he will now be able to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Henriette Herz Scouting Programme and independently select three excellent junior researchers from abroad for a Humboldt Research Fellowship and recruit them for his research group.

The Henriette Herz Scouting Programme has two programme lines aimed at both experienced researchers and up-and-coming researchers in an early career phase who are working at German institutions. Applications to the Henriette Herz Scouting Programme are possible on an ongoing basis.
