Recommendations for rebuilding Ukrainian science and academia
During a series of HUMBOLDT4UKRAINE events, researchers and experts from Ukraine and more than 20 other countries discussed support measures that are necessary now and will be necessary after the war. The participants’ recommendations have been presented to the research ministers of Ukraine and Germany on 9 November.
