| Professor Cruz Villalón is internationally renowned for his ground-breaking publications on the history of constitutional law and the establishment of democracy in Spain. As an advocate general at the European Court of Justice he wrote legal opinions in many important cases. In Germany he will study the impact of the European Charter of Human Rights in the European and the national legal orders. |
