| Dr. Strottman contributed outstandingly to nuclear and heavy ion physics. The theory of structure and dynamics of elementary matter, the identification of its phases and transitions between them were at the focus of his investigations. It is the search for constructive signals for the Quark-Gluon-Plasma which is presently explored while working in Frankfurt am Main. |
