Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden

Dr. Bluhm is well known internationally for his outstanding research in X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy at elevated pressure. He has made important contributions to instrumental developments introducing electron spectroscopy to studies at ambient conditions. This impacts a number of research areas, including environmental chemistry, catalysis and geology. In Germany, Dr. Bluhm will continue his research on the interaction of water with oxide surfaces.
