| Professor Brechet is an international authority on structure and mechanical properties of materials. He has made important contributions in devising methods for materials selection and materials design, with applications in transportation and energy conversion. During his stay in Germany, Professor Brechet will combine his expertise with biomimetic approaches, in order to design new materials based on structural principles found in nature. |
