Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden
| Professor Friend is internationally well-known for her outstanding research on reactions at metal surfaces. She has made very important contributions to our understanding of the reactivity of alkyl radicals and a wide variety of other species at metal surfaces using a wide variety of experimental techniques, notably isotopical labelling strategies. During her stay in Germany, she will be working on the reactivity of molecules, in particular on supported Au nanoparticles. |
