Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden
| Professor Mark Lautens is well known internationally for his outstanding contributions in the field of organic synthesis. He developed a variety of novel transition metal catalyzed processes with high potential for the chemo- and stereoselective preparation of acyclic and cyclic compounds. His research group has elegantly synthesized complex carbocyclic and heterocyclic systems. During his stay in Germany he will continue to investigate metal catalyzed domino reactions for the generation of novel molecular architectures. |
