| Professor Chen is well known internationally for his pioneering research in image and video processing, analysis and communications. He has made important theoretical and practical contributions to the efficient, secure, and robust transmission of multimedia data over wired and wireless networks. During his stay in Germany, he intends to work towards context aware media delivery and resource allocation in mobile networks. |
