| Professor Kou is internationally well known for his outstanding research in the area of computational materials science, including topological and ferroelectric catalysis, where he proposed novel computational approaches. During his stay in Germany, he intends to work on combining AI methods with traditional quantum mechanical techniques. This innovative approach potentially allows the prediction of materials properties and modelling of chemical reactions with unprecedented accuracy. |
