| Professor Lehmann is an internationally respected soil scientist. He has made outstanding contributions to our understanding of the stabilization of organic carbon in soil, with important ramifications for climate change and soil health. Furthermore, Professor Lehmann is also internationally known for his research on pyrogenic carbon and biochar. In Germany, he will continue his research on soil organic matter stabilization. |
