| Professor Martin Reisslein from Arizona State University, Tempe, USA Professor Reisslein is internationally recognized as a leading researcher in the fields of multimedia networking and access/metro networks. He has made important contributions to the characterization of video flows, to the development of multimedia networking mechanisms, as well as to the design and performance evaluation of optical metropolitan area and access networks. During his stay in Germany, Professor Reisslein plans to address critical research challenges at the intersection of multimedia and access/metro networks. Professor Reisslein is hosted by Professor Eckehard Steinbach at the Technical University Munich. |
