Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden
| Professor Kim is an international authority in the field of theoretical linguistics. His main areas of expertise are Korean and English syntax. He is working in the framework of Constructional Head-Driven Phrase Structure Grammar. His analyses are implemented in computer processable grammars. During his stay, Professor Kim will further develop the framework of Constructional Head-Driven Phrase Structure Grammar and work on the comparison of Korean and German syntax. His insights regarding Korean grammar will be integrated into the CoreGram project, a multilingual grammar engineering project run at the Humboldt-University Berlin. |
