| Professor Case is an internationally recognized historian of modern Europe whose work focuses on the relationship between foreign policy, social policy, science and literature in the European state system of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. She has opened new paths in understanding the transnational dimensions of modern European history. During her stay in Germany, she plans to deepen her research on the foundations and implications of a philosophy of history for our times. |
