Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden

Professor Stranks is an internationally recognised leader in spectroscopy, microscopy and the fabrication of solution-processable semiconductors. He focuses his research on technologies that will drive the energy transition including low-cost photovoltaic cells, light-emitting diodes and photocatalysis systems. During his time in Germany, he will concentrate on extracting material parameters from time-resolved measurements using statistical methods, such as Bayesian inference, in conjunction with physical models of recombination.
