Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden

Professor Doglioni is a world-leading expert on the nature and properties of the Earth’s lithosphere. His work informs research into the fundamental geodynamics of southern Europe and the Mediterranean, as well as the implications for the seismic expression of failure in the lithosphere and resulting earthquakes. In Germany, he will focus on linking laboratory measurements to field observables in an attempt to overcome the perennial scaling problem.
