Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden
Professor Huiling Duan is an internationally recognized scientist with wide-ranging research in the field of computational mechanics and multiscale modelling. With her strong aim to combine theoretical and application-oriented research, she serves as a specialized consultant in the composite materials industry and provides valuable support in the development of computer mechanics software for advanced materials research and industry improvement. Eventually, Professor Duan represents one of the driving forces in the field of mechanics of composites and multiphysics as well as multiscale modelling and advanced processing such as 3D printing. To date, she has received 22 patents. |
