Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden
| Professor Filip Lievens is well-known internationally for his outstanding contributions to the field of personnel selection. In particular, his research has created a shift in thinking about assessment centers and the way they work. During his stay in Germany, Filip Lievens plans to study whether applicants who show inconsistent behavior in a selection situation perform better (or worse) on the job and to test his new taxonomy of key elements of personnel selection procedures. |
