Professor Hoyer is well known internationally for his outstanding research in marketing as well as consumer psychology. His contributions to the areas of low involvement decision making and customer relationship management have shaped these fields of marketing science. During his stay in Germany, he continues his research on consumer behaviour, customer relationship management and marketing communication.
